What’s Included in Your Digital Download?

Your Canva card making template bundle includes three essential resources to guide you through the card-making process.

1. Editable Canva Card Design Template

Start designing straight away with our pre-sized 6×6 inch Canva template.

This template provides the correct starting dimensions for the front of your greeting card, helping you create your design without having to work out the sizing yourself.

Simply open the template in Canva and begin adding your own images, text and decorative elements.

2. Print-Ready PDF Card Template

Once you’ve finished creating your design, use the included PDF layout template to prepare your artwork for printing.

This template is designed to help you position your finished card design onto the flat card layout, ready for printing onto suitable cardstock.

It provides a practical way to move from your digital Canva design to a physical greeting card.

3. Step-by-Step Card Making Tutorial

Our detailed tutorial walks you through the complete process, from creating your design to preparing your finished card for printing.

The guide covers:

• Getting started with your Canva template
• Customising your card design
• Adding photographs, text and graphics
• Exporting your finished design from Canva
• Preparing your artwork using the PDF template
• Printing your card at home
• Printer settings and practical printing guidance

The instructions are designed to be beginner-friendly, so you don’t need professional graphic design experience to get started.

Perfect for Small Businesses and Crafters

If you’re looking to introduce personalised greeting cards to your small business, our Canva card making template bundle is a useful starting point.

Rather than creating your card layout completely from scratch, you can focus on designing artwork, developing your own style and preparing cards for your customers.

This bundle is particularly useful for:

• Handmade craft businesses
• Personalised gift sellers
• Small business owners expanding their product range
• Creative hobbyists
• Beginners learning how to make greeting cards

You can create designs for different occasions and develop a collection of personalised cards using the same card-making process.

Please note that the included templates and tutorial are digital resources. Any commercial use of the templates themselves is subject to the applicable licence terms.

Design and Print Greeting Cards at Home

One of the biggest benefits of learning to make your own cards is having control over your designs and printing schedule.

You can experiment with different layouts, colours and artwork before preparing your finished design for printing.

To use this Canva card making template bundle, you’ll need:

• Access to Canva
• A suitable home printer
• Compatible cardstock for your printer
• A device to access and edit your digital files
• A PDF viewer

For the best results, always check your printer’s supported paper sizes, cardstock thickness and recommended print settings before printing.

Print quality and compatibility will depend on your individual printer, ink and materials.
